Regularly play a Riddle Solving Tournament with your friends and family. It will help you socialize as well. Solving riddles will show unbelievable results.

3) Play Chess-
Chess is often considered as the gym of the brain. It's like training while playing.
The puzzlic nature of chess forces you to think out of the box and improve your critical thinking.

5) Talk with elders:
