World Mental Health Day 2020 : Every year 10 October is celebrated as the World Mental Health Day to promote the awareness about the mental health and also promote healthy mental lifestyle. 


World mental Health Day was first celebrated on 11th October 1992 , as an initiative of World federation for mental health , to promote the awareness of mental health in our busy lifestyle.

7 ways to maintain healthy mental lifestyle: 


1. Limit the use of social media:
The social media is a place where we can have thousands of friends , but no one to talk with , at times.

2.Talk with your friends and relatives:
When we grow up , we think we know more than others  and we stop discussing our daily activities with our parents , but  after discussion with parents you will feel that there is not really any problem to worry about.

3.Play outdoor games:
Maintain a habit of playing any sport , because it takes out all the negative energy out.

4. Play chess:

Chess is very helpful in relaxing your mind. It has numerous of  benefits related to mental health.

Maintain a habit of drinking 3-5 litres  of water daily.

How the excess of competition is ruining your mental health?

In the country like India , where there are few good institutes and even fewer seats in them , and millions of candidates competing for a seat , the competition is very tough.
